Recovery Coach – Trista Zamany, B.A.
Recovery Coach Trista Zamany, has found solace and a deep-routed passion for helping others through her own recovery journey. Most importantly, this personal experience combined with her driven personality and entrepreneurial mindset makes her a great advocate for those struggling with addiction and recovery coaching. Trista is also certified with Addiction Care and Treatment (ACTOC) from the University of British Columbia Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine, designed in partnership with BC Centre for Substance Use and UBC School of Nursing.
In addition to Recovery Coaching, Trista is responsible for business development and digital marketing management at West Coast Interventions. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Marketing Major (with distinction) in 2002. Trista has operated her own successful hotel conference contracting business for the last 8 years.
Moreover, For the better part of 2020 Trista had the opportunity to take on the role of Resident Supervisor at Colwood Serenity House, a third-stage recovery house for women in Victoria, BC. Trista also owns Soberstore; an online sober clothing apparel line with proceeds from every sale donated directly to addiction recovery.
Trista, well-known in her native Vancouver Island, is a dedicated mother who values career and family. During her free time, she enjoys running, paddle boarding, hiking, yoga and spinning.
